IRENA is a female Bichon Frise who is 15 pounds and 5 years old. She just arrived from a high volume breeding facility. Likely considered too old to be useful now. She is kind of a hot mess, but that only applies to her appearance and that is only temporary. She will be groomed soon and we will have better pics. Her personality is very friendly and sweet.
