This boy was found as a stray in Tennessee and taken to the pound, but he's looking for another leash on life (literally) and hopes that'll be with you! He was friendly with a female dog that he was found with and has been friendly with male dogs, but his exposure has been limited since he's currently confined to a kennel since there's no foster home.
