Lola the 2-year-old female Cane Corso Mix used to be called Mommy and now she is retiring to a life of loving and carrying around stuffies instead of puppies. Just a few weeks ago, Lola’s puppies were being offered for sale from the back of a pickup truck in a discount store parking lot when a good Samaritan swooped them up and contacted Big Dogs Huge Paws Rescue. Ultimately, Lola was also surrendered so that she could learn about life where she will be a part of a family and not a cog in a money-making operation. Lola is as sweet as a bowl’a cherries and is very playful. She loves carrying around all the stuffed animals that you give her and is great friends with dogs and cats.
