About Milo

Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Milo is the epitome of a confident, playful, and emotionally secure 7-month-old puppy who shines brightest when paired with another energetic dog. He especially loves racing around a fenced yard or playing at doggie daycare—a true partner-in-crime for any active canine companion. As a medium-sized, athletic mixed breed (with Labrador Retriever), he’s built for running and adventure, while his people-loving nature makes him an ideal family pet (best suited for families with kids aged 7 and up). He’s the perfect blend of independence while also bonding deeply with his person, and you’ll quickly discover he’s both affectionate and happily delivers the sweetest kisses. Milo’s intelligence is remarkable for his age, thriving on games like “find it” and nose work, and he’s a natural at chasing and fetching his favorite toys. He self-soothes well in his crate with chew toys, knows when to settle down after play, and is always thrilled to have a toy in his mouth. His leash manners with a harness are impressive for such a young pup. While he’s still learning the ropes with cats (and would need supervised introductions, especially with more timid kitties), he does successfully coexist with two confident cats. For now, a crate is recommended when he’s unsupervised for everyone’s peace of mind. Milo’s healthy, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, and neutered. This special guy flourishes with experienced dog owners who can provide vet records for current or previous pets, and he’s currently being fostered in Jacksonville, FL, ready for meet and greets.
