About Rusty

Meet Rusty, a gentle orange senior cat with a remarkable journey. Rescued as a stray in December 2025, he initially weighed a mere 7 pounds and faced significant health challenges. Thanks to the diligent care of the Furkids Medical team, he has revived to a healthy weight of 12 pounds. Rusty has a history of dental issues and requires daily insulin along with prescription wet food to manage his diabetes, but he's stable and thriving. After a tough life outside, he seeks a calm, quiet home where he can relax as the only pet. Rusty loves affection and will flourish in an environment that allows him to be pampered during his golden years. If you want a loyal companion with a heartwarming story, consider Rusty.
