Dasher is a 7-month-old sweetheart who is ready to find the forever family he’s been waiting for. He is believed to be an American Staffordshire Terrier, Boxer, and Beagle mix — which means he’s the perfect blend of playful, affectionate, smart, and loyal. Dasher is truly a people dog. He adores adults, kids, and other dogs and wants nothing more than to be included in everything you do. The only time he ever barks is when he’s politely asking to join the fun — he just loves being with his people. He has happy, classic puppy energy and loves to run, play, and go on walks. On leash, Dasher is curious and enthusiastic — he enjoys sniffing and exploring but does not try to dart away. With a little continued leash training, he’ll make a wonderful walking partner. While staying with a foster family, Dasher has made wonderful progress with potty training and learning basic commands. He is smart, eager to please, and responds very well to consistent training and structure. He sleeps comfortably in a kennel at night and when his family is away, making him an easy addition to a home routine. He would thrive with a family who understands puppy behavior and is willing to continue his training as he matures. Dasher was found abandoned at a dog park, but has adapted so well to his temporary home with the family that took him in. He is now ready to find a family who will give him the stability, love, and adventures he deserves.
