Daisy is incredibly special to us. She has piercing green eyes and a presence that makes you stop and look twice. In photos she may appear a bit serious, but we think that’s because Daisy knows exactly who she is — a superhero mother. Daisy came to us as a stray, heavily pregnant. Just two days before giving birth, she immediately adopted and began nursing two orphaned newborn kittens who desperately needed a mother. There was no hesitation and no encouragement needed — she simply stepped in. Shortly after, Daisy gave birth to her own kittens and went on to raise all of them together with extraordinary devotion. She groomed each kitten, cared for them tirelessly, and raised healthy, social babies with a level of attentiveness we rarely see. Daisy truly inspired us with her instincts, patience, and nurturing heart. Now that her job is done, it is Daisy’s turn to be cherished. Daisy does have a bit of a resting grumpy face, but she is incredibly loving, sweet, and affectionate. She enjoys attention, companionship, and quiet connection with her people. She is a very special cat who gave everything she had for others. Because of what she has given, we believe Daisy deserves a home where she will be deeply loved and appreciated.
