Yerba
AvailableYerba is a young, small male mixed breed Domestic Short Hair with a brown tabby coat. He has been neutered and is up to date on his vaccinations. Yerba is currently in Austin, TX, looking for someone who can offer him patience and a gentle environment as he continues to build his confidence.
About Yerba
Yerba arrived as a wary, skittish stray alongside Tea, and both are taking small steps every day to become more comfortable with people. It’s clear Yerba enjoys playtime—especially with wand toys—and while it might take him a bit to trust new folks, he’s already warming up. Yerba would likely do well in a quiet home with another friendly cat to observe and learn from, plus a patient adopter willing to let his personality unfold at his own pace. He’s currently in the Cactus Cat program, designed for shy cats who need extra encouragement from caring volunteers. While Yerba and Tea are fond of each other's company, adopting both isn't required. Yerba’s adoption fee is completely waived, so he can focus on his real goal: finding a steady, understanding home. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
