About Xena
Xena is a loving brindle girl with a knack for picking up new tricks, especially when treats are involved. She already knows how to sit, shake, go down, and give kisses. Food is a major motivator for her and helps redirect her attention when needed. With a calm to moderate energy level, she only barks on rare occasions and mostly prefers quiet. She walks nicely on a leash, though squirrels and lizards catch her eye now and then. Other dogs and people on walks don't usually bother her. In the backyard, she goes for a few zoomies and loves chasing a soccer ball, but she's just as content to lay nearby and people-watch. Indoors, Xena is house trained and keeps herself busy with whatever toys are around—she doesn't have a favorite, she enjoys them all. Give her a smoked beef bone and she's completely satisfied. Belly rubs are an all-time favorite, and grooming time is easy thanks to her laid-back nature. Xena adores car rides, calmly looking out the window or resting quietly the whole trip. She doesn't jump around or try to climb seats. Xena is a genuinely well-mannered, happy companion. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
