About Lilly

They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Meet Lilly! She is a sweet and goofy puppy who is ready to steal your heart (and your socks)! It may take her a little while to warm up to you, but once she gets to know you, she won’t want to leave your side. Lilly would do best in a home with other friendly dogs. Her ideal family is active or has a backyard where she can run around and play. While she enjoys cuddling up for a nap, Lilly still has plenty of puppy energy and wouldn’t thrive in an apartment without regular walks. She is crate trained (though she may make her feelings known with a little whine), nearly housebroken, and highly treat motivated. Lilly has made amazing progress since she arrived. At first, she was so shy she didn’t want to move from her spot by the door for two days, but now she cuddles with her foster family, plays tug-of-war with her foster sisters, greets guests without barking, and has become friends with many of the neighborhood dogs. She’s at the beginning of her journey and will continue blossoming into a wonderful companion. If you’d like to learn more or meet Lilly, please reach out. What are you waiting for? Apply today!

Questions about Lilly

  • What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?

Pit Bull Terrier/Italian Greyhound mixes tend to do well in homes with a secure, fenced yard where they have room to run and play. They also appreciate an indoor environment with a loving family that provides plenty of attention and mental stimulation.

  • How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?

These mixes typically benefit from a moderate to large outdoor space, such as a fenced yard, but can also do well with regular walks and trips to the park if a yard isn’t available.

  • Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?

Both Pit Bull Terriers and Italian Greyhounds can make wonderful family companions. When well-socialized from a young age, they tend to bond closely with children and are playful, but supervision is always recommended with young kids.
