Chili Pepper has a lot of feelings about the shelter, and they are all very mixed! Sometimes she likes us, sometimes she doesn’t. Sometimes she wants pets, sometimes she wants us to go away. The shelter can have this effect on smart, sassy girls like Chili Pepper. We think what she really needs is a home to relax in away from the stress of the shelter and other cats. She enjoys pets in moderation here, but she would probably be a super affectionate girl in a calm home setting. She’s just telling us she deserves better than a kennel!
