MEET GLENN!!! Glenn is a fun-loving, resilient dog who came to us from the county shelter’s euthanasia list after being brought in as a stray. When he arrived, he was fearful and under-socialized, but he has made meaningful progress with patience and care. Glenn would do best as an only dog. While he can tolerate some dogs, he tends to be protective and truly thrives when he can have his people to himself. Leash training is still a work in progress, as Glenn has lingering fear due to being previously caught in a snare while living as a stray. Once he has time to warm up, Glenn is friendly with people and children. He prefers a calm, predictable home where he can feel safe, secure, and closely bonded with his humans. He is energetic, patient, and very treat-motivated and when his person settles down, he’s more than happy to curl up and be a devoted couch potato.
