Hutchinson is a handsome boy. Just look at those eyes. He arrived in rescue as a young kitten. During his first veterinary visit and testing we discovered he tested positive for Felv. Because he was so young the protocol is to test again which we did at 6 months and he is indeed a positive Felv. Hutch is not letting that hold him back though. He is happy, healthy and just waiting for his family. We learn more about + Felv cats everyday and one of the best things we have learned is that they deserve a chance to live! We have no idea what his lifespan will be just like we don’t with any other rescue cat that we take in. What we do know, is a safe indoor home with regular veterinary care will help him live the best life. Hutch will need to be an only cat or live with another Felv+ cat. He can live with a doggie friend. He loves everyone he meets. He has had his vaccines and will be neutered before adoption. Please help us share this sweet boy so he kind find his forever family.
