Peter
AvailablePeter is a medium-sized, black, white, and golden Husky/German Shepherd Dog mix living in PINON HILLS, CA. He is an adult, neutered male with a medium-length coat who is not yet house trained. His vaccinations are up to date and he has some special needs, which attentive adopters should be ready to discuss.
About Peter
Peter strikes a rare balance—playful at times, calm and cuddly when it counts. He may come off timid with new faces, but he warms to people quickly and settles right into family life. Lazy days and long snuggles are his specialty, yet he’s always up for a play session if the mood is right. With other dogs, Peter takes the submissive route and fits in easily; he’s especially gentle around smaller children and has the makings of a fantastic family companion. Leash walks are still a new concept for Peter, but he’s getting better and adapting fast. Although part Husky, he keeps things quiet, not one for a lot of barking. He isn’t house trained just yet and could use some patience and guidance from his adopter. Peter does have some special needs, which will be explained in detail to any interested adopter. Give him a little time at the start and he’ll repay you with years of gentle loyalty. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
