Mason is a senior at ten years old, and is losing his home. About a year and a half ago, Mason's owner abandoned him and left him with her boyfriend when she abruptly moved out. The boyfriend absorbed the loss of a second income and her two dogs added to his two, now caring for four dogs and the home on just one income as long as he could. Now, he's forced to downsize from the home to a one bedroom apartment. The other dog has found a new home, but Mason needs to be an only dog and is looking for a very special home. Mason is neutered, and will be up-to-date on vaccines. He is a bit of a grumpy old man, a curmudgeon, but easy to get along with.
