Penelope is the sweetest 1yr old black & white DSH (cow kitty) with the softest little meows. This silly, brave girl loves a good ribbon play session, enjoys being brushed, and will happily follow you around for extra pets. She can be a bit timid at first, but once treats appear, Penelope truly shines and comes right out of her shell. Penelope would thrive in a quieter home with older children. She has no known history with dogs, but with a slow and proper introduction, she may do well! She is bonded with her sister, Piper, and they must be adopted together—double the love and companionship! Penelope is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.
