About Otter

Make their next chapter their best one yet. Otter is a striking 5-year-old orange Domestic Short Hair with a gentle spirit. After being surrendered by his original owner, Otter was adopted by a woman who brought home three male cats at once. Sadly, Otter struggled to adapt to sharing his space and was returned, though it was through no fault of his own. He truly comes into his own in a calm environment and would thrive in a home with children aged 8 and older. Although Otter has been housed with other cats at the shelter, he is most comfortable and happiest as the only cat, where he can dedicate all his affection and loyalty to his people. In the right home, Otter is ready to blossom into a loving and devoted companion. Fun fact: Otter is a Capricorn, known for being committed and steady — qualities he’ll bring to his future family. Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
