About Gravy
Click apply to start the adoption process. Meet Gravy, a gentle and sweet-natured kitten who’s embarking on a new journey after being found as a stray with his sister. Currently safe at Smittens, Gravy takes a bit of time to feel secure in new spaces, often needing a few quiet days to decompress before his affectionate, purring nature shines through. He’s a bit cautious—jumpy around sudden touches or noise—but loves chin and cheek scratches, Churu treats, and exploring cozy corners or high spots. Toys are still a new adventure for him as he figures out what catches his fancy! While Gravy may be hesitant with other cats at first, he can flourish with slow, proper introductions and patient companions. He isn’t fond of being picked up, preferring gentle, calm handling and plenty of personal space; in time, with understanding and respect, his confidence grows. The cutest thing that sets him apart? He chirps while purring! Gravy is searching for a calm, patient home where his boundaries will be honored and where he can blossom at his own pace. He will thrive with humans who appreciate his sensitive personality and are ready to give him the gentle love he deserves. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
