About Amy

Say hello to Amy, a gentle soul with a memorable backstory. Born January 15, 2022, Amy was left behind by a neighbor but quickly warmed the hearts of her rescuers. Her puppy has already been adopted, leaving Amy hoping for a place to call her own. While she tends to be cautious and shy around strangers—sometimes hiding behind her foster mom—her affectionate side shines through once she feels safe. Amy’s big, expressive eyes give away her longing for connection. She loves curling up on the sofa and will gently nudge for more pets, revealing just how much she enjoys quiet moments and attention. Amy is sharp and eager to please. She knows ‘come’, ‘sit’, ‘leave it’, and ‘kennel’, and with a bit of patience, she'll keep learning. Although energetic dogs can make her nervous at first, she builds trust. Her health is solid: spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and reliably house and crate trained. Amy is looking for someone willing to give her the patience she deserves, helping her come out of her shell and into her best life. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
