Hunter's story started like most of our rescues, his owner moved and left him alone and terrified. This gentle giant knew only this person his entire life, suddenly he only knew fear. After weeks of attempting to be saved, an amazing team was able to trap this big beautiful boy. When arriving to us he was extremely over weight, he topped the scale at 115 lbs! With love and exercise he is now around 94 lbs! Through his time with fosters we have learned that he adores kids, dogs, cats, really anything that moves. He is extremely bashful at first, but after a few hours he is ready to be your bestfriend! He has been in search of his forever since April of 2025. He is truly one of our best! He does have early signs of arthritis, however he is on a non-costly medication to keep him happy and comfortable. He is truly such a beautiful soul inside and out!
