Although not yet house trained, Doc is crate trained and is making good progress with house training. He is neutered and fully vaccinated. Located in Austin, TX, Doc is a loving companion ready for his forever home.
About Doc CI
Doc CI is an affectionate coonhound mix, around four years old, with a big heart and an even bigger desire for attention. He thrives on closeness with his people, often nudging his way in to join the fun, even if you’re petting another dog. Currently, Doc is crate trained and making steady progress on his house training. He knows how to use a doggie door and has shown significant improvement in his behavior with the right structure and routine. A true dog lover, he enjoys playing and romping with his furry friends. While he hasn't been tested with cats, Doc's gentle demeanor suggests he could do well with respectful children. Having mostly lived outdoors before rescue, he’s learning the joys of indoor life, especially the comfort of the couch right beside you. He’s recently mastered the staircase and gained confidence each day. Doc is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations.
