About Vida
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Vida is a gentle soul who spent her entire life with one family before coming to the shelter due to her previous owners’ need to move to a pet-free home. Although she can be a bit standoffish in the shelter and will bark when approached, Vida absolutely loves going out for walks and enjoys exploring the world by your side. If you take the time to get to know her, you’ll find a loyal companion who revels in playtime—her favorite toy is a ball! In her previous home, Vida was both loving and protective, especially toward children. However, since arriving at the shelter, she hasn’t been around kids. Because she can be wary of new people, a home with older children would be best for her. Vida knows a variety of commands—including sit, down, stay, come, shake, and roll over—which reflects her intelligence and willingness to learn. She is waiting for a family to give her the lasting love and stability she deserves in her golden years. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
