Some friendships are simply irreplaceable—Garbanzo and Christina are proof. These two cats met in their foster home in Staten Island and, from day one, became an inseparable pair. Garbanzo, a 4-year-old orange and white male, instantly took to Christina, a playful 10-month-old tabby kitten who seems to look up to him like family. Their bond is genuine: if one disappears from sight, the other calls out until reunited. They spend their days cuddling, grooming, and always finding each other for comfort. Both Garbanzo and Christina are friendly with people and other cats; their home is full of feline companions, and they get along well. They love attention, enjoy being pet, and are happy to engage in play. What stands out is the gentle, affectionate way they stick together—they need to stay as a pair, and separating them simply isn’t an option.
