About Elvis
Elvis is a striking young Hound mix whoās made his home in Central Oregon since being rescued from a tough start. At just under two years old, he was once a stray, facing euthanasia at an out-of-state shelter until his rescuer brought him to Bend. Elvis has been living with a handful of other dogs and tends to do best with females, showing a playful, easygoing style once he warms up. Heās house trained, crate trained, and fully vaccinated, with a friendly spirit that can come off a bit timid at first but quickly blossoms into sociability. Elvisās ideal home is one that offers plenty of companionship and understands that he may need a little time to settle in. He hasnāt met cats or kids yet and hasnāt had formal leash training, so patience with continued socialization and gentle guidance are a plus. Health-wise, heās in great shape and sports a handsome black and chestnut-red coat. Elvis is ready for a fresh chapter filled with adventure and affection. Ready to meet your new best friend?
