About Clyde
Clyde is a 3.5-year-old Pit Bull Terrier with a gentle spirit and a lot of affection to give. He thrives in a structured home where he can be the main focus, though he's enjoyed friendships with other dogs in the past. Clyde loves getting outside for walks and sniffing his way through the neighborhood, but he’s equally committed to curling up beside you as soon as you're settled. He’s well-behaved at home, happily rotating through his collection of chew toys (though he'll try his luck with a remote if you slip up) and prefers to spend as much time with his people as possible. He has experience in an adults-only environment and returns every bit of love and goofiness thrown his way—tolerant of nose boops, paw tugs, and any silliness you bring. He's never lived with children or in a kennel, and does best with someone home most of the time. He can be protective when new people visit, but generally warms up if you give him the cue. Clyde is house trained, neutered, and up-to-date on shots, and may need some support if left alone for long stretches. He’ll happily join you for car rides and has the makings of an adventure buddy as well as a loyal homebody. If you’re looking for a steadfast companion who’ll always have your back (and your spot on the couch), Clyde is ready to meet you. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
