Meet Fortuna! Fortuna is a beautiful longhaired gray tabby, about four years old, with a soft coat, gentle eyes, and an even gentler heart. She's a truly sweet and affectionate girl who enjoys attention and has a calm, comforting presence that makes it easy to fall in love with her. She came to New Leash needing extra care and kindness, arriving with Eosinophilic Keratoconjunctivitis in both eyes. Thanks to generous donations to our Angel Fund, Fortuna received the treatment she needed, and her eyes are currently looking normal and comfortable. Because this condition can sometimes flare up, her future family should be prepared for the possibility of ongoing or occasional eye treatment. Fortuna doesn't let her medical history define her. She's happy to soak up love, enjoy gentle companionship, and be someone's devoted feline friend. She has been spayed, microchipped, and is current on vaccines and flea prevention. Her adoption fee is $50. As with all New Leash cats, Fortuna must be strictly indoor-only and never declawed, helping her stay safe and healthy.
