About Nacho
Nacho is a young adult chi-weenie bursting with personality and heart. He's sweet, affectionate, and always looking for a little extra attentionāespecially ear and neck scratches, which he absolutely adores. Nacho isn't shy about asking for cuddles; he'll politely let you know when he's ready to be picked up. He walks well on a leash and generally keeps things quiet, often giving noisy dogs a look that says he'd rather enjoy some peace. Bright and eager, Nacho graduated from the PAWs to Prison training program, proving just how treat-motivated and quick to learn he is. His command list is impressiveāsit, stay, down, bow, wait, come, rollover, paw, leave it, and fetch are all in his repertoire. Whether showing off his tricks or enjoying the sun, heās happiest when he's near his people or napping in a warm spot. Nacho gets along with other dogs, especially small females, and is crate trained. House training is a work in progress, so he needs someone willing to help him keep getting better on that front. He also has a funny habit: heāll grab his favorite toy and ponder whether to keep it or set it aside at mealtimeāan adorable, quirky moment. Full of charm and gentle energy, Nacho promises plenty of joy and good company for the right home. Click apply to start the adoption process.
