A kind stranger took her in when she had nowhere else to go and helped her safely bring eight puppies into the world. Those babies have all found loving homes, and now it’s finally Cleo’s turn. Cleo has completed fast-kill heartworm treatment and is healthy, happy, and ready to start the next chapter of her life. She’s young and full of joyful, playful energy, loves meeting new dog friends, and brings a sweet, delightful presence wherever she goes. She’s house-trained and walks nicely on leash—though she won’t deny a good scent when one catches her attention! Cleo would thrive in a home with a secure, fenced yard (she can jump a 4' fence) and people who are ready to love her as deeply as she loves them. Cleo hasn’t been cat-tested yet, but we’re happy to arrange that if your home includes feline friends. Kids? Due to her size and playfulness, older kids is probably best. She is also sometimes reactive to motorcycles, so someone with the strength/capacity to walk her in case she pulls after something is best. VETTING: All of our dogs are cleared by a licensed veterinarian for transport and arrive to their adopters spayed/neutered with age-appropriate vaccines completed and are microchipped.
