About Monica

Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you. Monica is a beautiful young girl with both Shepherd and Belgian Malinois heritage. At just 9 months old and about 50 lbs, Monica is already showing her sweet and affectionate personality. She was rescued along with her sisters from a challenging situation, but despite her rough start, she's thriving in a caring environment. Monica absolutely loves kids and makes friends quickly, although she has a bit of that classic guard dog nature and may be a little cautious at first. Once comfortable, she’s playful and very friendly. She enjoys the company of other dogs and is well-mannered on a leash, making her a joy to take on walks. Monica would thrive with an adopter who will be dedicated to continuing her training and providing the mental and physical enrichment she craves, such as regular walks, hikes, and active adventures. She is spayed and her vaccinations are up to date, so she’s ready to find her forever family. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
