Cassidy has mild cerebellar hypoplasia (CH), a non-progressive neurological condition that affects balance and coordination. What does that mean in real life? You may notice a little wobble when they walk, a funny sit, or extra concentration when they play or eat. What it doesn’t mean is pain, suffering, or a shortened lifespan. CH is not contagious, does not get worse, and doesn’t stop them from being happy, affectionate, playful kittens. She loves toys, snuggles, food, and people just like any other kitten — she just does things in her own unique way. Many CH cats learn to adapt beautifully and do best in a safe, loving home.
