Meet Ethan 💙 A few months ago, Charley’s pulled Ethan from Anson County Shelter when he came in extremely emaciated and in desperate need of help. Since then, this sweet boy has been on quite the journey — gaining weight, getting neutered, and bravely completing heartworm treatment. ✨ The best news?
