Elvie is a 3-year-old female mixed-breed dog who came in as a stray, extremely underweight. She’s gradually putting on healthy weight in her foster care and has discovered a fondness for cozy sweaters, which seem to boost her confidence. Elvie is still getting used to all the domestic basics and isn’t house trained yet, but she’s open to learning with a patient adopter. She can live with other dogs and kids but cannot live with cats. Her personality is just starting to emerge as she settles in and feels more secure.
