Rusty has been in foster care since early 2024. He is estimated to be almost 4 years old. He has stomatitis which is an autoimmune disease where the cat's body attacks the plaque on their teeth and typically requires removal of all teeth. Once healed, these cats are able to eat dry food without a hitch. Rusty's appointment is scheduled for 2/2/2026. Within a few weeks he will be ready for his forever home - toothless but healthy. Rusty sleeps in bed with his foster mom and is a real snuggler. He will be a great companion cat.
