Meet Charlie Charlie is a 5-year-old Terrier mix boy weighing about 15 lbs. He is a very sweet, calm dog who does well with other dog and cats! Charlie is extremely shy at first, which is completely understandable given his past. He came from an abusive situation in Tecate and was rescued by the police due to the terrible conditions he was living in. Charlie has old jaw and hip fractures, but they do not limit him-he eats, walks, and enjoys life just like any other dog. Charlie is looking for a patient, loving home where he can feel safe, heal emotionally, and finally experience the kindness he has always deserved.
