About Nemo

They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Nemo is a charming male domestic short hair cat with a heartwarming story and a love for attention. Having been adopted as a kitten, he found himself living outside briefly after escaping during his family’s move, only to be rescued once more when a good Samaritan spotted his friendly demeanor. The original family ultimately decided he would be happiest finding a new forever home. Nemo loves head and chin scratches, naps in the comfiest spot on your bed or couch, and delights in reminding you if dinner is running even a minute late. He adores playing with his favorite catnip toys and enjoys perching high up in his cat tree. This smart boy gets along well with other cats and dogs, and he has even picked up a few clever tricks—such as opening doors and learning to sit for treats. Nemo is neutered, microchipped, FIV/FeLV and fecal tested negative, dewormed, fully vaccinated (including rabies), and is litter box trained. He is currently being fostered in Tamarac, FL, waiting for a happy new home. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
