Canelo was on his last day before the shelter put her down. We saw those sky blue eyes and they melted us. He is now in boarding waiting on a foster or adopter. Hhe weighs about 65 lbs and is 4 to 5 years young. Hhe is shy but getting better as he is starting to trust. Life has not been kind to him. Hhe was kept in a backyard away from his family and of course got heartworms from mosquitos. He is good with gentle dogs that don't jump all over him.. He takes treats gently and has a dainty way about him.
