About Bean
Start your journey together! Apply now. Meet Bean! Bean is a spirited 3-year-old who recently returned to the rescue after his previous owner was no longer able to care for him. This high-energy pup is eager to explore his surroundings, especially when there are new scents to sniff out! He thrives on positive reinforcement and would benefit from ongoing leash training to help him become the best companion he can be. While Bean enjoys attention from his favorite people, he prefers it on his own terms. He will happily give kisses, but is always ready to investigate the next interesting smell nearby. Bean would do best in a home with children aged 13 or older, and he might enjoy the company of another dog, provided they meet first to make sure it's a good match. With the support and patience of a loving family, he is sure to settle in beautifully. Bean is considered one of the rescue's Extra Loved residents, meaning he may need just a bit more understanding and care due to his background. To help Bean find a wonderful home, a generous donor has sponsored his adoption fee, so he can feel extra loved as he waits for the perfect family. As with all the shelter's animals, Bean will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated prior to going home. Fun fact: Bean's birthday falls under the Capricorn sun sign, so he's known for being determined and resourceful! They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
