Sandy is one of our longest feline residents. She was brought into our care with many other cats and kittens that were in need of medical care and support. Most of the cats Sandy previously lived with have been adopted. Yet, Sandy is still awaiting her turn to find a new home. When you come to visit our shelter, it is easy to miss out on visiting Sandy. She spends most of her time hiding. She isn't a fan of the high volume of folks that come through the doors, and doesn't like loud environments. Given some quiet time, a gentle approach, and a chance to come out of hiding...Sandy is an entirely different cat!
