Meet Portland! Portland is a sweet female chihuahua mix. She had a rough life coming from a hoarding situation, but shows signs she’ll recover and be a great companion. She likes to be in the same room with her human and an other dog, so she would be great for someone that works from home and can be patient as she comes out of her shell. She is already crate trained and is learning to potty outside. She potties on her potty pad and is learning what it means to go outside. She is also learning that there is a great big world outside to be explored.
