Jett stands out in the center with his tall, lean build and striking green eyes—one of the biggest cats at the facility by far. There’s no missing that extra-long tail either, always held high like a flag. He may come across as imposing at first, but his character is pure gentle giant. Jett is a quiet soul, often keeping his distance at first and watching the room before he finds the courage to approach. A timid meow and a bit of nervous energy mark his first few meetings; in a bustling room, he’ll hang back until he feels safe. Jett shows a clear preference for calm, patient people over loud or unpredictable energies. He does best in tranquil homes without children and really comes alive once he trusts you. He responds to both “Jett” and “baby”—long-running nicknames since kittenhood. Once called, he’ll typically wander over, tail up, looking for a gentle pet. Around other cats, especially his sister Blossom, Jett is relaxed and friendly, and he’s happy enough to share space with well-mannered dogs too.
