Who's only got one tooth but doesn't mind at all? This guy! Toby is one of the sweetest, most affectionate cats EVER. One cold night he ran up to his current foster mom out of the blue in Pasadena, put his paws on her leg to be picked up and that was that, how could she no? Poor Toby only had 4 teeth at the time and was not neutered. And those 4 teeth were not looking good. All but one had to come out! We have no idea how old this sweet boy is but it's probably fairly high, but he sure doesn't act very old! All Toby desires in life is to have a human lap to sit in or to have a human pick him up and hug him. That's it. He is super super outgoing too. Toby has stage 3 out of 4 kidney failure which means he needs to be on a special wet food prescription diet and given sub-q fluids 3x a week. Since we don't know how much time he has left, we would ideally like to find him a "foster- hospice" aka fospice situation. The rescue will cover the cost of his medical care (at our vet) and prescription food/fluids (and we can help administer those as well if you are not comfortable doing it) and you provide him the loving cozy lap he has clearly longed for for some time. Toby does not like other cats and we imagine he probably doesn't like dogs either given he has been roughing it out on the streets so he would ideally be in a home of his own.
