Suki is an 8-year-old female Shiba Inu who has spent her entire life within the confines of a breeding kennel. Because she has had limited exposure to the outside world, she is currently very scared and withdrawn, often seeking out quiet corners where she feels safe. Despite her deep apprehension toward humans, Suki finds great comfort in the company of her own kind. She gets along remarkably well with other dogs, often looking to them for cues on how to navigate her new environment. For Suki, a peaceful home with a confident canine companion would be the ideal setting to help her slowly begin her journey toward trust and recovery. It would be wonderful for a special person to give Suki a chance at a wonderful new life. (She is soon to be spayed)
