He lived tied under an RV for two years in the brutal summer heat and winter rain on a 3 ft chain, unable to move, until he was rescued after someone poured acid on him. He has now healed beautifully, is neutered and fully vetted. Despite what he has been through, he is the happiest boy, very playful and affectionate - a total lapdog and snuggle bug. Canelo gets very excited when it comes to other dogs and toys, so for that reason, we’re looking to place him in a solo pet household and not with little children Seeking an owner who is active and can provide some continued training, exercise and structure.
