Treasure

About Treasure
Treasure had a rough start after being abandoned near a highway and surviving on her own for two months, finding refuge near a local bank and post office. Those early days made her skittish, but give her a little time and she unwinds, revealing a playful, sweet personality. She loves toys, a good game of tug, and often puts her paws lovingly in your lap. Treasure travels well by car, staying calm and quiet, and gets along with other dogs and cats. Her foster says she’s house trained and doesn’t show aggression. Treasure would do well in a patient home that understands she might need a few days to truly settle in, but once she does, she’ll reward you with affection and silly energy. Adoptable from Pontotoc, MS, with transport available to New England, except Massachusetts and Rhode Island due to state laws. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
