Annabelle is frosty- faced princess who deserves to spend the rest of her life being treated like a queen! Since 2017, Annabelle has been in the shelter TWELVE separate times due to an unstable living situation. Our heart breaks every time she comes back to us, and she is truly deserving of a forever home and ending to the revolving shelter door.
