Nigel’s name means “champion,” but he doesn’t see himself that way. He started out anxious after being found in NW Rochester—a little unsure, a bit scared, and quiet around new people. Over time, Nigel has gotten braver. He realizes people here are kind, especially during gentle head and ear rubs, and he’s warmed up, revealing a friendly side. As an adult tabby and white cat, Nigel has learned to trust again. He’s looking for a home where he can keep building on that courage and show off his loving, brave nature.
