Carson is in desperate need of a foster home. This guy was surrendered to us after his owners health declined. She loved him dearly please do not bash his owner because of his weight. He is extremely overweight and needs out of a kennel in order to start his weight loss journey. Here’s what we know about Carson. He loved his owner and was very sweet and cuddly at home. He hates his kennel and is very angry with the staff here. We cannot handle him and struggle to even clean his kennel without being swatted and hissed at. He needs a home without other animals to decompress. We know there is a lovable kitty in there. His whole world got thrown upside down and he is unsure how to handle this change. We know he is scared and confused and not actually mean. We need someone patient, and willing to give him the time he needs to adjust and exist in a peaceful environment. He will not immediately love you. He will not be happy about changing places again. But he needs stability. And he needs exercise or else he will never get back to a healthy weight. We are begging someone to open their heart and home to this traumatized boy. And to give him the understand and support he so desperately needs. No adoption fee.
