He, his mom, and seven siblings were found under an abandoned building on July 26, 2025—just days after he was born. They had little chance of surviving on their own, but thankfully they were rescued in time. Since then, Charlie has been safe, loved, and growing stronger every day in his foster home. Now 6 months old, Charlie is a small but spirited pup who may stay on the smaller side as he grows. He's playful, curious, and loves exploring the world around him. When it's time to relax, he's just as happy to snuggle in for some quiet time. Charlie especially enjoys playtime and wrestling with his brother, Echo, making him a perfect companion for a family with other young, energetic pups. As a young, growing puppy, Charlie needs a committed family who can continue his potty training and socialization. The good news? He's treat-motivated, which makes training easier, and he's already learning and doing really well!
