Owing to recent neglect, Freddie was fed human food and not taken for walks. He's gained weight and lost his potty training. A few walks and keeping to a schedule should get him back on track. He's a shy but loving dog. He'll need to be re-introduced to the world. He does well riding in the car and on leash. You've gotta love that he never gave up on himself.
