New Year, New Beginnings — Meet Rhylee! Rhylee is starting the new year showing off just how smart he is! This handsome 1-year-old boy came to the shelter as a stray, but it was obvious right away that he once had a home. He knows how to SIT and SHAKE; watches your face for direction; and loves learning — like he's saying, “Just give me a chance and I'll make you proud!” His owners never came for him, and now Rhylee is wishing hard that 2026 brings him what he deserves: a cozy bed, a family to love, and a life outside the kennel. He truly doesn't belong in an animal control facility — he's clearly been cared for and is ready to be someone's house dog again.
